Take the white favor bag and line the small rectangle bottom of the bag up with skin tone colored construction paper. Trace around the bottom of the bag. Cut out the small rectangle and glue to the bottom of the bag (the side that will open up as the puppets mouth). Repeat the same step with the "body" of the white favor bag with green construction paper. You can also just use a ruler and measure, however I find it quick and easy to just trace around the bag (see images).

Draw two eyes and eyebrows with Crayola markers.

Use the pale pink markers to draw cheeks on the Leprechaun's face. Stick a self-adhesive button on the face for the Leprechaun's nose. Use orange tissue paper squares to make a orange/red Leprechaun beard by gluing on the tissue paper squares.

Cut a medium square from the green construction paper and one skinny, long rectangle to make the hat. Glue both pieces together and attach to the Leprechaun's head.

Glue colorful feathers and glitter pom poms to the hat and stick on shamrock foam stickers for clothing buttons.
