Remove the parts for the circle wooden hooks from the packages (we used 9) and gather all of your supplies.

Lay all the circles for the hooks out on a covered surface for painting. We used spray paint, but you could easily brush on the perfect palette with acrylic paint if you prefer. I wanted to keep the hooks themselves natural wood for a fun contrast, so I waited to assemble these until the paint was completed. I let my daughter pick our palette, so you’ll see her peeking in below before she left the area while I painted. If you’re using spray paint, don’t forget to wear a protective mask.

After the wooden circles dry, add the pegs to the circles by using the enclosed screw through the back of the circle and through the peg.

Identify the location you’d like to hang the hooks on your wall. We used a random technique but allowed some space for longer pieces and tried to put many of the hats lower for easier access by the little ones.

Your wall is now complete!
