Start by wrapping the ⅝” satin ribbon around the glass cylinder candle holders to determine the length to encircle the vase. Once determined, cut 5 pieces of ivory ribbon to be this size. Use hot glue to adhere the ribbon around the candle holders.
Next, cut a lengths of rolled jewels to fit around the candle holders and hot glue them into place.
Place a small pinch of diamond rhinestones into the bottom of each of the candle holders.
Replace the small glass cup into the candle holder and insert a votive candle. These candle holders look great as a centerpiece when you place them on top of an octagon shaped mirror.
