Step 1
Assemble the lantern. Make a paper cone from kraft paper and glue it to the bottom of the paper lantern using a glue gun.

Cut the tissue paper squares into strips. Use Mod Podge® and a foam brush to glue the tissue paper sprinkles to the paper lantern. Allow to dry.
