
Combine ground oatmeal (you can do this in a food processor), glitter and sprinkles. Mix to combine. Eyeball the amount of glitter and sprinkles to get a good ratio.

Fill favor tubes with magic reindeer food. Set aside.

Punch out brown circles with the 1 1?2” circle punch. This will be your reindeer’s face.
Add the self adhesive mini black wiggle eyes and then use mini poms and glue on his nose. I like to mix in small pom noses with medium noses so that they have a unique touch.

Using a hole punch, punch two holes right above the eyes (I used my heart punch to add a little extra personality). Cut two small pieces from the brown pipe cleaners and twist them through the hole punches. These will be the antlers.

Cut the Christmas ribbon in half and use it to tie the instruction tags onto the favor tubes. Hot glue Rudolph tag over the ribbon.
