Spray paint the base of the Black & White Wishing Tree Centerpiece hot pink. Once dry, construct the tree according to the provided instructions.

Next, take 3 colors of Primary Yarn and using a strand of each at the same time wrap the base of the tree.
Continue wrapping and wrapping again until the base is completely covered and no white can be seen.

Next, create charms to hang from the tree branches.
Thread a Colorful Tassel Charm onto gold wire from the Craft Wire Assortment. Twist the wire to secure the charm to the wire. This is the base of charm.
Cut the wire approx 4" up from the top of the tassel. Then thread beads onto the wire. I used a mix of gold, neon and crystal faceted beads in different patterns.

Once threaded, take the remaining piece of wire and loop it around your finger to create a hook. Twist it tightly at the base of the loop to secure the loop and prevent the beads from falling off.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 with varying bead combinations to your preference or color palette.
I also used Tree of Life Charms to create single charms to hang from the tree.
These are the wish charms for your tree.

Next cut small pieces (approx 1"-2" long) or colored fabric to represent prayer flags. Drape these over tree branches at varying spots around the tree.
Then hang the charms you have made onto the tree. Evenly space them around the tips of the tree's leaves.

Next, spray paint Mini Clothespins to match your color palette. I chose yellow. These will be used to hang the wish cards for your guests.
To create the wish cards download the provided printable and cut along the outline of each card (8 are provided).
Then tear rough unfinished paper into 3.5" long by 2.5" wide pieces and glue the cards onto the pieces of paper. Then add a final layer of paper. A larger slip (4.5" long by 3" wide) of paper with writing on it - for example, newspaper.
This gives the cards a textured, layered look.

Finish decorating the tree by tucking a Boho Pom-Pom Food Pick into the base of the tree.
Then add colorful flower heads around the base of the tree and extend these down the center of the table to create a flower mandela. Alternate colors in a pattern.

The wedding wish tree now ready for your guests to use. Guests can remove the wish cards from the tree, write their message and return them to the tree with ease.
Note: Guests can write on the front and back of the wish tag for additional room.
Tip: Place a pen at each place setting or have a jar full of pens available for guests.
