I used two 7 ft. long sturdy pieces of angled cardboard as “poles” for the lemonade stand. These had come with a furniture delivery we had received. Sturdy cardboard from any large box would work, and you can even tape pieces together to make them longer if needed. Shipping tubes like those shown below, or wood 2x4s are other options that would work. Just make sure the two pieces are the same length. Then cover each piece with strips of pink duct tape.

Wrap the party fringe table skirt around your small table (we used Stella and Hazel’s rectangular play table). We covered the front and the sides but not the back of the table where the girls would sit. The skirt comes with an adhesive backing, but I would recommend adding another strip of tape on top to make it extra secure.
Note: We recommend adding a protective layer on the table such as a plastic tablecloth to prevent any potential staining from the colored tissue paper garland when it gets wet.

Add your poles to the front of the table and secure in place with strips of duct tape. I would recommend waiting to do this step until after you’ve moved the table outside to make transport easy!

Decorate the poles with the lemonade party cutouts, attaching with a loop of duct tape.

If you want, you can attach the DIY Chalkboard Menu to one of the poles with 3M Command Strips.

Finish your colorful stand by hanging the lemonade party layered garland between the two poles and securing in place with duct tape.
