Cut a piece of Black Fadeless Bulletin Board Paper that measures approximately 3 ft. by 4 ft.
Download our Free Wifey Backdrop Printable. Due to the large size of the letters, they will need to be sent to your local printer. Once printed, cut out the letters and paint them with copper metallic acrylic paint.
Align the letters so they form the word Wifey on your Black Paper and then adhere with Elmer's Glue Stick.
Add a coat of copper paint to a Iridescent Diamond Favor Tag and adhere to the end of the letter Y in wifey. Add Mavalus® Multi-Purpose Adhesive Tape to the back of your backdrop poster and attach to your wall.
Now it's time to begin the balloon arch! We are going to be using a mix of Rose Gold Metallic Balloons, Onyx Black Balloons and Balloons from the Rose Gold Balloon Arch Kit.
Begin by hanging the balloon decorating strip found in the Rose Gold Balloon Arch Kit. We made ours into an arch to fit over our backdrop poster. We simply hung reusable Command Hooks to achieve the shape we wanted. Next, inflate the larger balloons and place throughout the decorating strip.
Next, inflate some of the balloons to a medium size; approximately 2/3 full. This is when we started bringing in the White and Black Balloons to mix in with the Rose Gold.
Lastly, inflate your remaining balloons so they are approximately only 1/3 half full and add them into the garland to fill in empty spaces; forming clusters of gorgeous balloons.
Place your party table in front of your fabulous DIY Backdrop and enjoy!
