Use a flat-bristled paintbrush and acrylic paint to add color to a DIY Flowerbox Centerpiece. You can choose one color of paint or paint each side a different color like we did here.

Download, print and cut out the scallop trim template. Trace the scallop onto the back of the Gold Glitter Contact Paper Roll, continuing the scallop until you have enough length to wrap around the flower box. We found it is easier to trace the scallops if you print the template onto cardstock. You can download the free printable Scallop Trim Template here.

Once the scallop trim is all traced, cut out the scallop and adhere it around the flowerbox. We secured ours with a bit of hot glue.

Place a dinner plate and a dessert plate or napkin into the box to determine how much space you need and hot glue a Rainbow Craft Stick to the top lip of the box. Hot glue three craft sticks together as shown. Glue the sticks to the lip of the box to create the dividers for the utensils.

Label the sections of the utensil holder with American Crafts™ Thickers™ Alphabet Stickers using a ruler to align the letters.

Now all there is left to do is fill it up! We filled our utensil holder with Dr. Suess™ The Grinch Paper Dinner Plates, Napkins, and plastic cutlery.
