Use a flat-bristled paintbrush and acrylic paint to paint the front of a Medium Basswood Canvas.
While the paint is drying, cut the wire ends off of a length of Black & White Buffalo Plaid Ribbon.
Once the paint on the wood sign is dry, apply a layer of Matte Mod Podge onto the sides. While the Mod Podge is still wet, apply ribbon around the sides of the wood sign, smoothing it down as you apply.
Download, print and cut out the Hey There Pumpkin Template. Rub a pencil onto the back of the template. Use washi tape to place the template onto the Medium Basswood Canvas and then use a ballpoint pen to trace the printable. This process transfers the words onto your project. Once you've finished tracing, remove the template to reveal the traced words underneath. You can download the Hey There Pumpkin Template here.
Use a Sharpie® Marker to more permanently trace the transferred words.
Adhere a Small Embroidery Hoop to the sign using hot glue.
Use hot glue to embellish the sign with Small Wood Slices, Wool Felt Balls, Green Leaf Shaped Ribbon, Artificial Acorns and Fall Burlap Pumpkins.
This sassy sign will look great on your entryway table for guests to see when they walk through the door or on a shelf in your kitchen.
