For each popper, begin by cutting out and removing the bottom section of the cups. For the ghost popper we used a White Paper Cup, for the jack-o-lantern we used an Orange Cup, for the Frankenstein we used a Green Cup and for the spider we used a Black Cup. We're going to demonstrate the steps for each popper using our not-so-spooky ghost pom pom popper as the example!

Stretch the Balloon over the bottom of the cup. Once on, secure it to the cup with a piece of color coordinating Washi Tape.

Fill the cup 1/4 full with Tiny Pom Poms.

Next it's time to add the face; so this is where is poppers will vary! Use a cutting machine to cut the ghost face, Frankenstein face, jack-o-lantern face and spider leg template onto Black Adhesive Vinyl or you can print and trace the given templates using our free printable. Additionally, for the spider, you will adhere 2 Black Googly Eyes to the front of the cup using a dot of Elmer's Glue.

Have your little ghouls tug gently on the balloon and then let go to see the pom poms go flying! This provided hours of fun for our little guys and we can't wait to hand them our this Halloween season!
