Weave 6" wide burlap ribbon through an 18" wire wreath frame and tie the burlap in a knot on the back of the frame.

Flip the wreath frame over to the front and pull some of the burlap through between two of the wires on the frame to create a loop that is a couple inches long. Twist the burlap one time and then pull it up between another row of the wire wreath form to create a new loop. Once you have created the second loop, twist the burlap again and pull it through another set of wires to repeat the process. Push the loops together as you go to create a nice full wreath.

Add the plush witch's legs to the bottom of the wreath by "sewing" them to the bottom of the wire frame. I used black and white baker's twine and a darning needle to run the thread through the top of a leg, wrap the thread around the outside rings of the frame, and then run the needle through the leg again. I repeated a few times to create a secure hold. You finish with a dab of hot glue to hold the legs flush to the burlap at the bottom of the wreath if you want.

Finish the wreath by adding a witch hat to the top. Carefully bend the wire base of the hat so it will wrap around the wreath and lay flat. Adhere to the burlap at the top left side of the wreath with hot glue.

If you want, you can slot a broom between your witch's legs to make it look like she is flying! I painted a basic brown broom orange to make it pop. Incorporate other fun witch elements to create your own Bewitched Front Porch for Halloween! Be sure to also check out the Witch Pumpkins Craft for more witch themed Halloween ideas.
