Cut two 3" inch x 12" inch strips of paper from your Black Cardstock Pack.
Next, glue the two ends together with hot glue, creating a circle as shown.
Cut an 8 inch square from the black cardstock.
Place four XL Glue Dots® on the backside of your 8 inch square.
Attach the circle piece to the 8 inch square with the Glue Dots®.
Remove one gold tassel from your Gold Tassel Garland and glue it to the top center of the 8 inch square with hot glue.
Attach the hat to a wall using clear packing tape.
Continue steps 1-8 until you have the desired amount of graduation hats. Create a hat grid backdrop with rows of hats on the wall as shown.
