First separate the doilies in the pack by carefully peeling them apart. They can stick together so make sure you are using just one doily at a time! Use glue dots or double-sided tape to connect the doilies to each other to form the runner. One glue dot per doily is plenty to hold them in place. Just position the glue dot where you plan to layer on the next doily.

Continue layering the doilies using the glue dots, slightly overlapping the doilies and varying their size as you go. I made the width of my runner about 2-3 doilies across.

Continue adding doilies until the runner extends across the length of your table. I used all 36 doilies to create the runner for my 52″ wide table. If you have a longer dining table, you may want to use two packs of doilies.

To finish the look, I scattered mini white pumpkins, votive candles, and paper turkeys along the length of my runner, and placed this paper napkin and feather bouquet in the middle.
