Choose an assortment of paper streamer colors. I used Hot Pink Jumbo Paper Streamers, Apple Green, Orange, Yellow, and Turquoise. Cut the paper streamers into 30" lengths.

Fold a paper streamer strip through a section about 15 in. up from the bottom of your grid wall panel or metal fence panel (it can also be done on chicken wire). Secure the strip with Neon Washi Tape.

Continue folding strips of the same color of paper streamers through the section of your grid panel as shown.

Alternating colors, attach more paper streamers across the entire bottom of your grid panel.

Start a second row, 15-20 in. higher than your first row and repeat Steps 1-4.

Continue adding rows of paper streamers until your entire panel is covered.

Place the panel in your party area for guest enjoy and use as a photo backdrop!
