Begin by taping off your bottles in the design you would like. I chose to do horizontal and vertical stripes. Keep in mind, the exposed areas are where the glitter will be!
With your foam brush, paint Mod Podge onto all the exposed areas where you would like your glitter to adhere. Be generous with the Mod Podge for a better result.
Carefully pour glitter over all the Mod Podge. You will need to work quickly at this point because the Mod Podge does dry fast. I found it best to do just one bottle at a time.
Let your bottles dry overnight before pulling off the tape for clean lines.
I used taper candles, but did have to shave the bottles to have them fit perfectly. I just love how they look on my table, and the glitter adds just that hint of sparkle as the candlelight flickers.
