Squirt a generous amount of orange acrylic paint into a plastic paint palette. Use a sponge paint brush to apply the paint onto the middle sized ceramic pumpkin, and allow time for it to dry.

Use a flat bristled paint brush to apply a coat of metallic gold acrylic paint to the pumpkin stem, and allow time for it to dry.

Pour some Mod Podge® into a craft cup. Use a sponge paint brush to apply the Mod Podge® to a small section of the ceramic pumpkin. While the Mod Podge® is still wet, sprinkle copper glitter onto the pumpkin. Make sure that the Mod Podge® is fully covered in glitter and shake off the excess onto a scrap piece of paper. Continue applying the Mod Podge® and copper glitter working in sections, reusing the copper glitter that has built up on the scrap piece of paper. Allow time for the pumpkin to fully dry.
