Before we place the sticker onto the glass wine bottle, place it on your pants (yep, your pants) so it still has its stick but is not too sticky. Use a foam brush to apply a thick layer of Mod Podge®, making sure to apply the Mod Podge lighter and lighter as you go down the wine bottle. This will create a lovely ombre effect.
While the Mod Podge is still wet, liberally shake the gold glitter onto the wine bottle and allow to dry.
Once the Mod Podge is dry, peel off the number sticker.
