Using the template provided for download, trace the shapes onto bright Halloween colored, patterned or glittered card stock. Cut out the shapes with scissors or use circular hole punches. Next, hot glue the pieces of the hat together. Glue the "top hat stack" into a cylinder shape, add the top and bottom of the stack to the cylinder. Then glue the enclosed cylinder to the "top hat brim".

Next decorate the mini top hat. Cut a small length of Purple Glitter Tulle Roll and along with a Purple Ostrich Feather glue to the bottom of the top hat. Then stick on a strip of jewels to top of the hat.

Once the top hat is complete, hot glue the hat to the crow's head.

Next, create a tissue paper necklace for the crow. Lie approximately 3 sheets of tissue paper on top of each other and cut a strip of tissue. The strip should be approximately 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. It can be shortened to fit. Make small evenly spaced cuts into both sides of the tissue leaving a small uncut strip in the middle. Next, place the tissue on a flat surface and "fluff" up the cut edges. Then apply glue to the uncut strip and attach to the crows neck. Cut off any excess tissue.

As an alternative decoration for the crow's neck add a strip of Medium Gold Rolled Jewels. Then cut a circular strip (use the hat brim template provided - cut out the 2nd circle in the middle to create a necklace) of card stock. Make a small cut so that the necklace can be fit around the neck of the crow. Before putting the necklace on, fold the card stock with small folds like a concertina. Next glue to the crow's neck below the jewels.

Next, fill a Black Birdcage Card Holder with purple moss and lay some gold bones inside. Place the resting crow on top of the bones. It can be secured to the bones with the small pieces of wire coming out of its claws.

Finally, add the crow with outstretched wings to the top of the cage, securing it with the wire attached to the claws. The cage can then be placed on top of a Small Black Fluted Column covered in creepy cloth to complete the Gothic glam look.
