Begin by inflating two balloons from the Pink Balloon Garland kit with the Hand Held Balloon Pump included. Knot the two balloons together. Repeat this process. Take the two sets of two balloons and wrap them around each other to form a quad. Continue forming several additional quads to create your garland. Mix a Silver Chrome Balloon into every other quad for an added pop of color.
Join all the quads together by wrapping a long length of 20 lb. fishing line around them, pushing each of the quads tightly against the grouping in front of them. Continue this process until you have your desired length.
Next, use the Hand Held Balloon Pump to inflate the Red Heart Mylar Balloons and Candy Conversation Heart Latex Balloons.
Once you've achieved the desired balloon garland length, use a few 1" Extra Large GlueDots® to adhere the garland to the base of your fireplace mantle.
Mix in several Red Heart Mylar Balloons to the garland, attaching them to the latex balloons using 1" Extra Large GlueDots®.
Using sharp scissors, carefully cut apart a Blush Rose Faux Floral Bouquet and Blush Floral Bouquet and mix the stems together with Red Rosebuds to form small, four flower bouquets. Trim the ends and wrap them together with clear shipping tape. This will help keep the ends from accidentally popping the balloons.
Tuck the floral bouquets into the garland to fill in any empty spaces.
To balance out the opposite end of the fireplace hearth, fill three White Ceramic Bottle Vases with the remaining floral bouquets, adding a Valentine Glitter Heart Pick to each. Place one Red Metallic Heart-Shaped Battery-Operated Tea Light Candle in between each vase.
Finally, add three Candy Conversation Heart 12" Latex Balloons, facing backwards to hide the words, to the upper corner of the fireplace insert to fill the empty space.
