To make this Fruit of the Spirit bulletin board, I started by putting Pacon® Fadeless® Light Blue Bulletin Board Paper Roll on the back of the bulletin board, because I wanted it to resemble the bright blue sky. I also added some Pacon® Fadeless® Nile Green Bulletin Board Paper Roll to the bottom of the board and cut waves along the top to look like grass.

I love layering borders on bulletin boards-it is such an easy way to add dimension. For this bulletin board I wanted to use black and white borders to compliment the letters I chose. I decided to layer the Dotted Swirl Chalkboard Bulletin Board Border with White Scalloped Bulletin Board Borders. I taped the white border to the back of the chalkboard border before attaching it to the board. The Fruit of the Spirit cutouts already add so much color, so I like how the black and white borders don't compete with the focus of the board.

Even though the Fruit of the Spirit Bulletin Board set that I used for this board came with a "Fruit of the Spirit" title, I wanted the words to really stick out and not blend in with the other colors. I chose the Black Dot-to-Dot Lowercase and Uppercase Letters to make "The Fruit of the Spirit" title across the top of the board.

After punching out the precut pieces in the Fruit of the Spirit Bulletin Board set, I stapled the tree in the center of the board and then put the fruit and words around the board. I put the verse cutout at the bottom right of the board. I love how this bulletin board turned out and hope you have as much fun as I did putting it together!
