
Hang the painter’s cloth from a curtain rod, or you can affix it to a wall with small nails. Open the black metallic fringe curtain, and hang it across the front of the drop cloth. You’ll have long, spooky tendrils of black fringe on a linen colored background. Now it’s time to decorate!

Open the tissue fans, and use the adhesive strips or your own scotch tape to secure them in the opened position. The more, the better!
