Using black construction paper, cut a strip about 2" wide and about 1/2" longer than your plate.

Using scissors, begin to cut triangles out of the black strip of paper to shape Frankenstein's hair. They don't need to be even or symmetrical. In fact, it looks better if they aren't.

Glue on the hair and eyes using craft glue. Then run a strip of the craft glue across the hair paper, and a dot on each eye. Then place onto the green plate.

Cut out 2 - 2" x 3" pieces of black paper. Cut each into a "T" shape to make the screws.

Glue on the "T" shape screws using craft glue.

Cut a strip of black construction paper about 1/2" thick by 3 - 4" long. Glue it onto your plate for Frankenstein's mouth. I just used a scrap piece of paper that I had lying around from this project, and I love how it looked.

Let the glue dry and check out the adorable, and somewhat spooky, Frankenstein Paper Plate Craft!
