Use a paintbrush to apply a thin coat of copper metallic wax to the entire surface of the white candlestick. Use a paper towel to buff to a sheen.
Apply a bit of the metallic wax to areas of the Skull Cranium as well, to give an aged appearance. Buff with a soft cloth or paper towel.
Adhere the skull to the white candlestick using E-6000 Adhesive and hot glue. Apply Green Moss between the skull and candlestick to secure the connection, and hold in place until the hot glue has set. The E-6000 will continue to cure over 24 hours to create a permanent bond.
Using hot glue to adhere, apply Green Moss and curved twigs to the crown of the Skull.
Continue arranging twigs to achieve height and curvature that is pleasing to your eye.
Separate two halves of a Red Rose Pomander Ball.
Remove the roses from the pomander ball and carefully mist the flowers with matte gold glitter spray paint, to create an aged look.
While the roses dry, apply green moss to the twigs on your centerpiece. The goal is to achieve a creepy, dripping effect, so be sure to let some of the moss hang down from your creation.
Using hot glue, apply the glittered florals to the skull in an arrangement that is appealing to you. For this design, the flowers were arranged in a circular crown shape with a few single blooms added to the twigs as an accent.
Add a ribbon bow to accent the base of the piece. Feel free to include more green moss as desired.
