Melt down the candy melts according to the package instructions until you have a very creamy consistency. It should stir easily so it’s thin enough to dip the donut hole into.
Push a Paper Straw down into the center of your donut holes (be careful not to push it through). Dip each one into the blue candy melts until covered. Do this gently so the donut hole doesn’t slide off the straw. Place each one into one of the paint wells in the paint palette. For these I put a cake pop in every other paint well.
Add one Finding Dory Icing Decoration to the top of each cake pop. TIP: Candy melts come in a variety of colors and icing decorations come in a variety of themes so you can adapt this recipe to lots of different party themes!
