Inflate the balloon with air and draw designs on it with different colors of Sharpie® markers. I doodled on these balloons to look like maracas, so they would complement the mini maraca party favors I created for the fiesta party. You can’t go wrong with your designs – have fun with it!
Attach the balloon to a balloon stick and finish with some party streamer fringe by running a pair of fringe scissors along the sides of a length of party streamer. Then attach the streamer to the base of the balloon with a small dab of hot glue (don’t worry the balloon won’t pop!).
