
Using the markers, write the color names on the craft sticks.

Take a piece of the felt. Measure out 6 inches in length and cut.

With the piece of felt that was just cut, measure 2 – 2.5 inches and cut. You can make this as wide as you want as long as the craft stick will fit inside. I made most of mine 2 inches wide.

Once you have your felt piece cut to size, take the tacky glue and add a generous amount to the edges of the felt, making sure to leave the bottom open. Then fold the felt over and press down to secure the sides.

Once the tacky glue has dried, fold your felt in half lengthwise. Cut rounded corners along the top to make it look more like a Popsicle.

Hand these off to your toddler and let them start to match up the colors and sticks. They can start to recognize the colors and the words.
