Trim two popsicle sticks so that they are a little over a third of a full popsicle stick.
Paint the popsicle sticks red. Allow the popsicle sticks to dry before you assemble.
Glue the small 1/3 sized popsicle stick to the end of three others. Repeat on the other end.
Cut two black circles from the craft foam sheets, two smaller brown circles and a small white square to make the wheels. Glue the wheels together, accoring to the image. Glue to the back of the wagon. Cut a small black strip and mini rectangle to make up the handle. Decorate the wagons with assorted fall foam shapes.
