Step 1
Apply clear Mod Podge® to a glass vase using a sponge paint brush. While the Mod Podge® is still wet, sprinkle on epsom salts.
Step 2
When dry, apply an additional coat of Mod Podge® to hold the epsom salts in place.
Step 3
Place battery-operated, or real wax votive into the vase and enjoy.
