I made hoops in various styles. I used six large, four medium and five small embroidery hoops for the backdrop. I made the first hoop by cutting five lengths of white lace ribbon that were just longer than the diameter of the large hoop. Remove the outer piece of the hoop. Hot glue the first piece of lace to the center of the hoop, and then add the other four pieces to either side of the center. Replace the outer part of the hoop, and begin adhering faux greenery to the top of the hoop with hot glue. Add smaller pieces on top to fill in any bare spots. I also created two medium hoops in this same style.
Snip four faux eucalyptus stems with wire cutters and hot glue them onto the right side of a large embroidery hoop, overlapping their edges slightly. Cut a peony bloom and hot glue it to the center of the eucalyptus.
Similar to step 2, hot glue four faux eucalyptus stems to a large embroidery hoop, this time at the bottom center. Hot glue a pink hydrangea to the center of the eucalyptus for added visual interest.
Next, decorate five small hoops with faux baby's breath. Using scissors, trim small pieces of baby's breath and attach to one of the small hoops using hot glue. Continue around the hoop until it is about halfway covered with the baby's breath.
The two final hoops were crafted by cutting a piece of burlap fabric 3 ½" wide by 8" long. Next, cut a section from the white lace chair ribbon that is 2 ½ wide by 8" long, and layer it on top of the burlap. Remove the outer ring of the medium embroidery hoop, and place both the burlap and lace pieces in the center of the ring. Replace the outer ring of the hoop and tighten it so the burlap does not slip out. Add a peony bloom by hot gluing it to the top of the embroidery hoop.
To hang the hoops, knot long pieces of jute cording to the top of each hoop. Vary the heights of how far each one hangs down from the very top of your wall and tie to Command™ Hooks.
