In a microwave proof bowl, heat up white melting chocolate according to package directions. I usually find 1 minute is great. Stir until there are no more solid pieces. Pour into a plastic Ziploc bag or icing bag.
With scissors, cut the tip of the bag off and pipe small ovals onto a parchment lined baking sheet to create bunny feet. Let it set for 5 minutes.

Follow the same instructions for the white melting chocolate for each of the pink melting chocolates.
At the top of the white oval, pipe a larger circle then pip 3 small circles on the bottom of the oval. These create the pads of the bunny foot.
Let it set for 10 minutes while you are assembling the cookie part of the pop.

Carefully remove one side of each of the Oreo cookies and set aside. In a microwave proof bowl melt 6 squares of the almond bark according to package directions. Dip one end of the straw into the melted chocolate and place directly onto the center of one half of the Oreo. Immediately place the other half on top and very gently press down. Let the cookies set for 5 minutes before completely dipping.

Dip each cookie pop into the melted almond bark and gently shake off access. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and immediately place 1 mini marshmallow onto the center of each cookie. Place a chocolate bunny foot on either side at the bottom of the cookie and let the entire thing set for 15 minutes before serving or placing in packaging.
Display them in a mini wooden crate filled with Easter grass and adorable little carrot shaped Easter eggs filled with jelly beans.
