Start by spray painting your winner trophies with a coordinating color for your Cupcake Wars Party.
While the paint is drying on your trophies cut out the categories for your awards. You can do 1st, 2nd and 3rd place or you can label them with “winner,” “most creative,” etc.
Once the paint is dry attach the gold vinyl to your trophies.
You could leave them like they are or you could take it one step further and add a little extra pizzaz to the trophies by gluing them to the gold cupcake boards. We thought this made them look a little more regal and added stability. We used E6000 to attach the trophies to the gold cupcake boards. You will want to make sure that you do this step at least 24 hours in advance of your party because the glue has to have sufficient time to dry.
