Add washi tape around the craft roll until the whole roll is covered.
Let the kids wrap the washi tape around the roll. There really isn’t a wrong way to do it. I taught them how to tear the washi tape after wrapping, and start on a new stripe. It was easier than cutting each strip of tape.
Glue the two craft rolls together. Add a hold punch on the top of both sides of the binoculars. Tie baker’s twine or string on each side to make the binoculars into a necklace.
