Paint the unfinished wood frame to coordinate with your party's theme. I chose a bright sunny yellow that also goes well with my home's décor.

After you've cut out your envelope shapes, begin creating them by first folding the bottom piece up, then the left piece inward. Add a line of hot glue on both the bottom and left side, and then fold the larger right side over, pressing firmly to adhere.
Fill your envelopes with dried flower petals and or flower seeds. I found the flower petals on Etsy. I layered the flower petal filled envelopes on top of pretty flower seed packets that I picked up at my local home and garden center for added interest and dimension.
Download the Free Garden Party Printable here and print it onto white paper stock. Once you have them cut out, attach them to your newly formed envelopes using hot glue.
Using wire cutters, remove the long stem part of the succulent picks. Arrange the succulents in opposite lower and upper corners of the wood frame and adhere them using hot glue.
Attach the envelopes and seed packets to your freshly painted DIY unfinished wood frame using small clothespins.
Finally, display the sign at your Spring Gardening Party. After your guests leave, hang your new memo board in your home to keep you organized!
