Turn your wreath form over to the backside, and add a quarter size amount of Tacky Glue. Glue down the end of your ribbon.

Continue wrapping the ribbon all the way around, and secure the end on the back with another quarter size amount of Tacky Glue.

Take your bakers twine and attach it to the wreath with a simple knot.

Begin wrapping your twine around the wreath. You can wrap as many times as you like depending on the look you are going for. I ended up tying mine off and then starting again going the other direction to get the “criss cross” look I wanted. Secure again with a knot.

Using the Glitter Heart Garland, cut 3 hearts off the length, leaving the fishing line attached. If you would like to use several small hearts all the way around the wreath, you can just remove them from the fishing line.

Glue your hearts in place with Tacky Glue. Since I was stringing mine across the center of the wreath, I just glued each of the small hearts to the wreath.

Cut a piece of ribbon that will be used use to hang the wreath. I ended up going back and cutting another piece to use as “tails” as well. You could also create a bow at the very top, which would be darling.

So, there you have an easy ribbon wreath you could even have your kids help make! Mine was created to match my party decor, but this would be so cute with red or event white ribbon. There are so many possibilities! To see how I styled my wreath, check out my Pink and Gold Valentine Party! You will also find a sweet Valentine Cocktail and Mocktail recipe, as well as, my DIY Valentine Cookies in a Jar which makes a perfect Valentine’s Day gift!
