The easiest way to paint wooden beads (without them rolling off of the table) is to apply a tiny drop of hot glue to lightly secure Round Unfinished Wood Beads to a Bamboo Skewer.

Paint the beads with a flat-bristled paintbrush and acrylic paint. Once the beads are dry, remove the beads from the skewer.

Using a large hole needle, thread the painted and raw beads, Wool Felt Valentine Hearts, and wool or yarn pom-poms onto bakers twine.

Tie loops into the ends of the bakers twine and add a drop of glue to secure the last bead into place. This prevents the beads from falling off of the cording.

Hang the garland on your wall, mantel or on a table or shelf to make your Valentine’s Day décor swoon-worthy.
