Paint two coats of gold paint onto the foam cone. Let dry.
Next wrap satin ribbon around the headband, securing with hot glue gun at both ends of headband.
Felt flowers - cut a piece of felt 8 inches x 1.5 inches. Fold in half length wise. Glue the edges together with hot glue gun.
Cut slits in the felt about a quarter inch wide.
Wrap the felt around to make the shape of a flower. Add hot glue to adhere the felt together.
Next cut two ear shapes from white felt, about 2.5 inches wide at the bottom. Also, cut two smaller ear shapes from pink felt. Glue the pink shapes onto the white ear shapes.
Adhere to gold unicorn horn to the top of the headband using a hot glue gun.
