Start creating your DIY Underground Sign Wreath by wrapping the Red Satin Ribbon around the wreath form. Be sure to overlap the ribbon a bit so that no part of the White Foam Wreath shows through.

Once the White Foam Wreath is completely wrapped in the Red Satin Ribbon, hot glue the end of the ribbon to the back of the form and place your wreath to the side.

Next, score between the top and second plank of the DIY Slat Sign with a pair or sharp scissors or a utility knife a few times. Carefully pop the top piece of the palette off and place the remainder of the sign to the side for another day and another project!

Now, take your piece of scrap wood and paint it blue. Be sure to allow the paint to fully dry.

Once the paint is completely dry, line up your Fancy Black Bulletin Board Letters and spell out the chosen word or name. For our sign, we chose to use the name London. Adhere each of the letters with a dab of hot glue.

Once the paint is completely dry, use heavy beads of hot glue to secure the sign to the wreath and put it aside for the glue to dry.

Display your new wreath at your Be Royal Baby Shower, a British themed party or as a fun piece of home decor!
