Print out and cut the Banner Template. Trace several pennants using the pencil on the inside of shopping bag.
Cut out the pennants and hole punch the top corners. Thread the pennants on to a length of Jute Cording.
Cut several 5 inch lengths of lace ribbon.
Remove the light beige and white tassels from the Neutral Tassel Garland and hang them on the cording.
Tie the lace ribbon to the top of the tassel for extra flair. Now simply hang your new banner in front of your party table or as a backdrop!
