Cut the string off the fishtail burlap garland, leaving just the individual tiles.



Hot glue the paper letters to each banner tile. It’s best if you can use a hot glue gun that does “low heat”.

Glue a burlap bow to each banner tile. Vary the bow placement on each tile.

Decide where to display the bar at your reception and figure out how you will hang the balloon and banner tiles. You can use wrapped duct tape, pins or twine, but whatever you use, make sure to try it out beforehand so that it doesn’t fall down during your event!
