Start by cutting 12-24 long strips of brown paper, about one inch thick. You might need more as you work through the project, but this will be a good start.

Next, apply a small amount of hot glue to the hoop and begin to wrap the brown paper strip around, overlapping slightly. Repeat with the next brown paper strip and continue until the entire hoop is covered.

After the hoop is covered, it's time to add the Festive Piñata Stick. At a third of the way up from the bottom of the hoop, apply hot glue and attach the stick.

Decoration time! Start with the large tropical palms and leaves. They will create a nice bottom layer for the flowers that will be added next. Apply both the ferns and the leaves wherever you prefer on the hoop with a small amount of hot glue. Tip: It is helpful to arrange all of the ferns and leaves around the hoop first before gluing. This will help you envision the overall look you are trying to achieve.

Bring on the blooms! Cut the Garland with Large Leaves apart to isolate individual flowers and corresponding leaves. Next, arrange these flowers, as well as the Hibiscus Hair Clips, around the hoop. Attach them all with a small amount of hot glue.

Download and print out all three Toucan Printables on 11x17 paper. For added durability, glue the toucans to white foam board and cut them out with an xacto knife. Select one of the three toucans and attach it to the Festive Pinata Stick with a decent amount of hot glue. Since birds of a feather party together, repeat the entire project by creating perches for the second and third toucans.

Next, print the 20x30 "Shake Your Feathers and Have Some Fun! Toucan Party Better Then One" printable sign at your local print shop. For added durability, you may want to also glue this sign to white foam board. Lastly, hang all three hoop perches and the sign on the wall at your party!
