To create a "THANKFUL" banner, paint eight of the wood banner squares brown, and four of the pieces white using acrylic craft paint and a foam brush. Use the fall stencils and craft paint to add your favorite nature shapes to the white painted banner squares. I taped the stencils in place with painter's tape and then used a foam brush with an up-and-down dabbing motion to stencil.
String your stencils together using jute twine and hang. I hung ours in our kitchen along with my yarn pumpkin garland. This would also look great hung on a dining room wall for the big Thanksgiving meal!
