Have each guest place a plain canvas cape flat on a table.
Each guest chooses a decal from the set of superhero floor decals.
Remove the decal from the backing, place it in the center of the cape and press firmly and smooth down to adhere it to the cape.
Place blue and red self-adhesive foam star glitter shapes in different sizes along the perimeter of the decal.
Using blue and red Sharpie markers, draw short and long lines from each star. Using the yellow Sharpie marker, add highlights around the edge of the stars.
Place a small silver foam glitter shape at the end of each of the long lines drawn from the large star shapes.
Tie the finished cape around each of your guests. This is a perfect party activity and party favor for the PJ Masks party!
