Paint the bottom half of six Natural Bleached Finger Starfish blue. The blue paint will represent swim trunks for the starfish! Next, use a chalk marker to add polka dots to the shorts.
Remove the sunglasses from the Luau Christmas Sticker Scenes and place them on the top arm of the starfish.
Next, cut a smaller sized hat from a Mini Glitter Santa Party Cone Hat and glue it above the glasses. Use a sharpie to write the guest's name on the arm of the starfish.
For the remaining six Natural Bleached Finger Starfish we'll create a hula skirt. Cut a small section from a Luau Blue Table Skirt and wrap it around the middle of the starfish. Trim off any excess skirt then hot glue in place.
Next, remove two starfish from the Luau Christmas Sticker Scenes and place them above the skirt to make a starfish bra. Remove the sunglasses and place them on the top arm of the starfish.
Remove a flower from a Two-Tone Flower Polyester Lei and glue it to the side of the starfish "head". Use a sharpie to write the guest's name on the arm of the starfish.
Finally, place one starfish place card at each place setting.
