Paint the base of the skull drink dispenser with black chalkboard spray paint and let dry.

Fully cover the drink spout of the skull dispenser with plastic wrap and spray paint the skull with bright green spray paint. To make it easier, place the dispenser on top of a paper bowl or wide paper cup so the dispenser stays still. This way you can reach the entire surface without having to touch it. Lightly spray paint six plastic scary spiders so there is still a little bit of black still showing through.

Once both are fully dry, place the skull dispenser back on the base and remove the plastic wrap.

Cover the skull's eye sockets and nose fully with black acrylic paint using the larger brush in the paint brush set.

Using a smaller brush from the paint brush set, go over the crack lines along the sides and back of the skull with the black paint. The cracks are indented so it makes this super easy to fill in.

Place the green scary spiders all along the edge of the base and secure them to the base with mini Glue Dots®.

Place a decorated velvet top hat on top of the dispenser. See how to decorate this Spookadelic Top Hat HERE. I love how these Halloween martini glasses look paired with the drink dispenser!

Add two psychedelic stickers to the center of each of the skull's eyes.

Now you're ready to use your awesome Spookadelic skull drink dispenser! Place it on top of the medium-sized black cauldron. This will allow you to place cups under the spout while it's sitting on a table instead of having to place it on the edge of a table. Create a glow under the skull and wrap a glow necklace around the bottom of the skull. It will sit right on the base.
