Cut the foam board into 3 equal pieces to fit around a square table or box.

Create a striped banner for the smoothie cart from the American Crafts Summer Cardstock. To make the perfect scallop trace a small dessert plate to create the rounded ends. Use glue dots to adhere the banner and alternate the stripes all around the bar cart.

I used my Cricut Maker to create the wheels for my smoothie cart, but if you don't have a cutting machine you can create your own simple wheels by tracing a large plate onto a piece of cardstock. Simply use a marker to draw on spokes then cut them out using an Exacto knife.

Every cute smoothie cart needs an umbrella to keep guests nice and cool. Use a piece of PVC pipe and a DIY white umbrella to create your own bar cart umbrella stand. My PVC pipe was cut to about 5 feet, but you can adjust the height depending on the size of your party guests. You will need to break off the curved hook of the umbrella so you can drop it into the opening at the top of the PVC pipe. Insert the PVC pipe umbrella into a small bucket with a piece of floral foam to hold it in place. You may need to add some weight with beans or small rocks to help keep the bucket upright.

Use colorful balloons, tutti frutti hanging fans, tutti frutti tissue paper garland, and the tutti frutti honeycomb hanging decorations to create a festive and fun backdrop behind your cart.

Download the free Fruit Smoothie Bar printables to use on the bar cart. Print in color on white cardstock and cut out.

Fill your new fruit smoothie cart with fresh fruit, juice, yogurt and fun pineapple cups so guests make their own fruit smoothies. Don't forget to include fresh fruit water and other tasty treats on your stylish bar cart!
