Cut each skeleton off of the Hanging Skeletons garland, leaving the string attached to the skeleton head and set the garland rope aside. Poke a hole through the top of each Mini Tabletop Sombrero using scissors and place the sombreros on each hanging skeleton head, pulling the string through the hole at the top of the sombrero. Hot glue the hats in place.
Stick a Harry Mustache onto each skeleton face right above the mouth.
Tie a bow around each skeleton neck using Black & White Striped Satin Ribbon.
Hot glue a Fiesta Mini Guitar to the arm of each skeleton.
Re-attach the hanging skeletons onto the garland by tying them back on at the same location you cut them from.
Download and print out the FREE Printable Skeleton Fiesta Pennants and hot glue a pennant in between each skeleton on the garland. Adorn the bottom of the pennants with pom-pom trim if desired.
