



Wrap the gold ribbon tightly around the entire wreath fully covering all the white styrofoam. When you get to the end of the ribbon, secure it with hot glue. Continue for all 5 wreaths.



Place the 3 rings upright, side-by-side on a flat surface and put a good amount of hot glue where each ring touches each other (as shown). Press them together to secure.

Place the remaining 2 rings on top of the bottom 3 rings (as shown) and secure them to the bottom rings with hot glue where they touch.



Cut five pieces of Jute Cording into 36″ pieces. Lay the rings flat then place a line of hot glue around the outer edge of one ring. Attach one piec of jute cording all the way around the ring.
Tip: Do this in sections so the glue doesn’t dry out before you get to put the cording on.




Lay the rings flat and place one Clear Serving Bowl in each of the rings.




Open the back of three Deputy Sheriff Badges and push the pin into the middle of the front of each of the three rings.
