Take a Bright Tipped Lacing Yarn and lace up the skate, tying a bow at the top of the skate.
Alternatively, try these Lace It Up Tipped Bead Laces.

Take the extra printed skate and cut out the stripe on the body of the skate and the curve at the ankle. Use these as tracing templates.
Trace the shapes onto fun bright colored card stock from the American Crafts Summer Cardstock Variety Pack.
Glue the brightly colored shapes onto the plain skates making the stripes pop!

Next, cut the sticks off Hot Pink Swirl Lollipops. Keep the wrappers on the tops of the lollipops to keep them food safe and avoid the stickiness!
Glue the pink swirly lollipop wheels onto the wheel shape on the skate.

Personalize each skate with the party guests name or try this fun optional way of personalizing the skate.
Roll out the whole pack of Crayola® Model Magic®Deluxe Variety Pack to create rainbow model magic. Then use alphabet cookie or fondant cutters to cut out the first letter of each guests name.

Glue the rainbow letter to the skate instead of writing out the guests name.
Next, glue Light Blue Yarn Pom-Poms to the toe of the skate.

Finally, fold a Pink Team Spirit Knee-High Socks into thirds and place the roller skate place card on top of the sock. Place the completed DIY Roller Skate Place Card next to the party guests place and get ready to roll!
Be sure to check out the entire Retro Rainbow Roller Skating Party and the other fun elements, including these DIY Roller Skate Tote Bags and DIY Disco Ball Cake Stand.
