Apply a small amount of mod podge to the back of each decal.
Gently smooth any bubbles in the paper when applying to the box. Note - if you put on too much mod podge it can make the paper tear.
After the paper feels dry (about 15 minutes), apply a thin coat of mod podge to the top of wood. Allow to dry and then fill the box with recipe cards.
